Description: This charming perennial has long been a garden favorite, and some say King of Hearts is the best Dicentra yet developed.  It has a compact habit, growing 9 to 18 inches high and wide.  The foliage is lacy and has a bluish tint that becomes more pronounced as the summer progresses.  It produces lovely heart-shaped pendant flowers on arching stems, a first big flush in late spring, and then continues to bloom occasionally through November, especially if spent flowers are removed.  We ship #1 grade root divisions that will grow quickly into full, beautiful plants.  Order now.
