Description: Andrew VanLaeken has very large 6-8" bluish purple flowers with a reddish bar. This clematis is a strong grower with profuse blooms. Blooms May through June on new growth. Andrew has a height of 6-8 feet and can be pruned hard. Named after Andrew VanLaeken who has worked in the clematis industry for over 50 years. This is a special clematis that every gardener should have.
